I just wanted to make a little note about the difference between being proactive vs. reactive when it comes to your health. I know that eating right and exercising seems difficult to make a regular habit but imagine for a moment having to fight your way back to health. If you have ever had a friend or loved one have to go through rehab after a serious injury or change their lifestyle completely to contend with a recent heart attack, you will have seen how difficult it really can be. I don't know about you but I would much rather struggle to get motivated to go for a run than struggle to get through a day without pain or to live the way I plan to live (with crazy kids, a couple of dogs, and tons of family outings with grandparents and cousins - making memories).
Find that one thing that will help you to decided to make proactive decisions about your health so that all you will have to react to are the amazing moments ahead!!
