4 rounds each of (1 minute on, 30 sec rest)
- Lunges and Squats
- Push Ups and Planks
- Bicep Curls and Single Leg Crane Stances
- Kneeling Crunches and Rotational Crunches
Finished up with 3 Sun Salutations.
Breakfast after my Personal Training group was a bowl of Cheerios and a banana. I used to live off of cereal in college, my favorite was Basic 4. Yum! I forgot how delicious cereal can be :)
