Hi Folks! Writing this blog from my parents beautiful backyard. It's so peaceful, I could sit here all day!
This morning I had my Personal Training group bright and early. I put my ladies through a tabata today and they were loving it. I knew I was going to like this group! Today's workout was:
5 Sun Salutations
4 rounds each of (1 minute on, 30 sec rest)
- Lunges and Squats
- Push Ups and Planks
- Bicep Curls and Single Leg Crane Stances
- Kneeling Crunches and Rotational Crunches
Finished up with 3 Sun Salutations.
Breakfast after my Personal Training group was a bowl of Cheerios and a banana. I used to live off of cereal in college, my favorite was Basic 4. Yum! I forgot how delicious cereal can be :)

After breakfast I had to run some errands which took me to Park Ave. If you're not familiar with Winter Park, Florida, Park Ave is a great little shopping district with a beautiful park in the center. I grabbed myself an Iced Green Tea and took some time to take in the fantastic rose garden and to answer some emails on my phone (love the iPhone).
