So my original goal is to have Mint Condition up and running by January 1, 2012, so I decided to start blogging to get the hang of everything before then. Before I get into the details of my daily routine I would like to introduce you to some of the important people in my life. First is my wonderfully supportive boyfriend, Ryan. He is such an amazing guy and is on this fitness journey with me so you will regularly see him on this blog.
The other important individual that you will see, probably daily, is my 9 year old English Bulldog, Miss Piggy or Pigs for short. I work from home as the E-Commerce Administrator for a business in Lake Mary, FL so I am with her practically all day, every day. My daily routine is largely based around her needs.
Okay, now that that is out of the way I want to go over my Ideal Daily Routine. I say Ideal because I do not always stick to this 100% but I like having it laid out so that I have something to aim for, in other words I have a goal every morning when I wake up. So here it is:
8:30 - Wake Up (Ok this is ideal, I currently tend to hit the snooze button a couple of times. No comments from you, Ryan.)
9:00 – Make Coffee & Walk Pigs
9:30 – Make and Eat Breakfast & Sign into Work
12:00 – Snack Break & Take Pigs out to Play
3:00 – Make Lunch & Walk Pigs
5:30 – 6:00 Finish Up Work – Make to do list for the next day.
6:30 – Workout (This varies depending on what I am doing each day but I normally meet up with Ryan for a workout when he finishes up at work.)
7:30 – 8:00 – Make Dinner
After Dinner – Relax, Hang with friends, and/or work on Blog (As time progresses I will ideally have to blog throughout the day but I have to figure out how to incorporate it into my work day. So for now I will post at the end of my day.)
Midnight – Try to hit the sack by midnight (Again, this will probably have to be earlier in order to wake up earlier, but I will take baby steps.)
So over the next few months I will be working to stick to this daily routine, tweak it as I feel necessary, and have as much fun as possible while doing so. Please feel free to create your own daily routine and travel along with me!
