For the past six months I have been personal training the most wonderful group of ladies. We meet at 5:30 in the morning and get down to business before the sun even starts its day. I have had such a great time watching them get stronger. Repping out military push ups, holding planks for up to 3 minutes, and doing more than 100 squats and lunges in one workout, these ladies have gotten so strong!! I just wanted to give them a shout out and let them know how proud of them I am. Keep going strong!!

Last Nights Dinner
I decided March 1st to really focus on cleaning up my diet. I have gotten a little lackadaisical with my meal planning and therefore my meals have suffered. I whipped up tonights dinner from randoms from the fridge.
I sautéed mushrooms and cherry tomatoes in EVOO. The pan looks dirty because I had just made my brother a version of this meal with ravioli and cream sauce. Decided to keep the favors of his meal since a lot of the ingredients were the same.
I added a GIANT clove of garlic and a big handful of spinach and let the spinach wilt down. I ended up adding another big handful, as fresh spinach wilts down a lot.
** Sorry for the blurry photos. Half of the time I forget to take pics and the other half I just quickly snap a couple with my iPhone. I apologize to those with actual photography/photo editing skills.
In the mean time I baked a chicken breast in the oven with some EVOO, salt, and Worcestershire Pepper by McCormick, sprinkled on top. I also heated up a very small amount of some tomato sauce just to add a little more sauciness to the dish.

This meal was so good and so filling, I only slightly missed the pasta.
Remember, you can use any form of veggies in your fridge. I used broccoli instead of spinach in my brothers pasta version. Just use up whatever you have!
Until next time...
