My Dad has a lot to do with my love of being active! He was the one that would take the family out to the driving range or to the tennis courts to spend time together when I was growing up. And even when we were really little, family bike rides were a regular event. My favorite memory of a family bike ride was when my brother Jon-Jon was just learning to ride his bike without training wheels. The little guy was riding with his little legs pedaling so fast that he lost his balance and fell into a cop car! The cop car alarm starting blaring and ringing so loud. Poor little guy! I am LOL for real as I'm writing this!
Anyways, my Dad has really embraced the idea of starting to make fitness goals along with me. He is currently on a fitness streak of 5 workouts a week for the last 4 weeks. He has made a goal of continuing that streak for the next 5 months! I think I have convinced him to write a little update next month!!
I also wanna give Jon-Jon a shout out for jumping into CrossFit and kicking butt! I think he finally drank the Kool-aid and will be sticking with it!!
