WOD Recap :)
Now, I must inform you that in between all of the running we also had to do: 15 box jumps, side shuffles, high knees, sprints, "picking up rocks" (which I imagined throwing at Coach Larry) and a mini WOD of 3 rounds of 5 Burpees, 10 Mountain Climbers, and 15 air squats. Needless to say, I was stoked to be able to keep moving throughout the entire "Stroll".
The Advantage of a Fitness Crew
After playing volleyball for hours the whole crew, dogs included, went to friends house to take a dip in the pool. All of bumping, setting, and spiking allowed me to feel free to indulge in a couple of Margaritas!!
